These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DetailOS Grader tool ("Grader"), a free lead-generation service operated by DetailOS ("we", "us"). By using the Grader, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The Grader provides an automated, free "Online Health Score" for car detailing businesses based on publicly available data (Google Business Profile, website content, page speed) and, where applicable, AI-assisted analysis. Scores and estimates (including the Revenue Leak estimate) are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of business outcomes.

Acceptable use

You will not use automated means (bots, scripts) to submit an excessive number of scans. Rate limits apply and may result in temporary blocking.
You will not use the Grader to scan businesses for harassment or to misrepresent factual data about a business.
Reports are generated from data available at the time of the scan and may not reflect real-time changes to a business's Google profile or website.

No warranty

The Grader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores, checks, and revenue estimates are heuristic and approximate — they do not constitute professional business, marketing, or financial advice.

Communications

By submitting your email (and optionally phone number) to unlock a report, you consent to receive your report and a limited follow-up email sequence from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you provide a phone number, you consent to a possible follow-up call from our team.

Intellectual property

Report content generated for your business is yours to use and share. The Grader's scoring methodology, software, and branding remain the property of DetailOS.

Limitation of liability

DetailOS is not liable for any decisions made based on Grader reports, or for inaccuracies in third-party data (Google, PageSpeed, or AI-generated assessments) reflected in a report.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Grader after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
